wow, so it's definately been a while since i've written in this thing.  uh...what has changed?  i'm no longer in high school...but college is pretty much just as sucky.  the cardinals are winning...that's always good.  um...yeah.  i've recently discovered that i really kinda hate everything.  and um, don't really want to be at college, i'm really just doing it because that's what everyone expects me to do and i hate it.  really i just want to be in a band for a living.  i'm good enough on bass, i can smoke pretty much anybody on that instrument, but i just haven't found the people that can compliment my style and bring a style of their own to the table.  i'm really only doing electronic media b/c if the band thing doesn't work, i can still be around music on the radio, and (if all works well) i can broadcast sports on the radio.  i hope this is meaty enough for you dr. j, uh, that's pretty much me at this moment.  enjoy.

okay, let me preface this with saying that i am in no way racist at all...just something i need to say.

so what's the deal w/ black history month?  and the attitude in general?  again, not racist here, and i understand that not all black people are this way, but why do the people that shove it down my throat that they're black do that?  slavery ended 150-ish years ago!  i didn't whip anyone!  get off my back!  my ancestors were IRISH, they probably got it worse than most slaves did.  you ever seen blazing saddles?  "we'll take the niggers and chinks, but we don't want the irish."  that's what my ancestors had to put up w/, but you don't see me griping about it.  if i even thought about suggesting an irish history month i would be laughed out of the country.  so why do the people that get away w/ this crap get away w/ it?  let's laugh THEM out.  again, not racist...just needed to clear that up.  now, the public demoralizing of my character may begin...tell me what you think peeps.

okay, interesting thought.  i was in that STUPID skit/play thing last night that wasn't even all that funny.  but everybody comes up to me and is like, "Bryan, you're such a great actor and your skit/play was hilarious"...but no one laughed while i was on stage...?  what the heck?  do people say things just to be nice?  of course...the clincher is:  do they say the same thing to everyone?  when did we get so...blah, that we would rather hear someone's bs than the actual truth?  just a thought...turn your friends on to this...i love you guys, but 6 opinions isn't quite what i was shooting for when i started this...no offense.  SEE?  that's being truthful...lol.  peace.

okay, here's entry number two.  do you think that we have to have close relationships in order to function properly as human beings?  like people we go to talk to about our joys, our struggles, and our disappoinments?  i'm inclined to say yes.  as everyone knows, i'm a firm believer in making it on your own, but in some cases i don't believe it's entirely possible.  i know that if i had to pen up all my emotions, i would likely have a mental breakdown (sarcastic comments to a minimum here please...).  and yet, it's so awkward to try and discuss private things w/ the ones you know the best.  we long for companionship, but back away as soon as it becomes uncomfortable.  why is that?  humans are stupid i've decided.  enough from me though.  peace.
